Meredith is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™ who has worked on comprehensive DBT teams since 2012. In addition to her clinical work, Meredith is an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Diego in their SOLES department, is a registered supervisor working towards CAMFT Supervisor Certification and volunteers on committees for the DBT-LBC's non-profit organization.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco and her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. Throughout her clinical career she has invested time into learning evidence based practices for a variety of symptoms and conditions. While Dialectical Behavior Therapy is her primary modality used, she is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ​Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Therapies and Mindfulness based interventions.
Meredith has experience working with individuals, couples and families across the life span and enjoys working with loved ones of someone with BPD or other emotion dysregulation dfficutlies and disoders.

Jenna Evans

Jenna is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) who received her Master's degree from the University of San Diego in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Jenna has been providing therapy to clients under supervision since 2023 and is in the process of accruing 3,000 clinical hours before becoming licensed.
Jenna's experience includes providing treatment to clients at the Severe Mental Illness Outpatient program - Maria Sardinas Wellness Center, offering couples counseling at The Heart of The Matter, and therapy for Indigenous individuals and families through the Southern California American Indian Resource Center. She has also provided crisis counseling for LGBTQ+ youth at The Trevor Project.
Throughout her career, she has worked with both adults and youth facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including trauma, generational trauma, suicidal ideation, chronic pain, grief, psychosis, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and relationship conflict. Additionaly, she has experience working with and supporting Indigenous, Black and People of Color, LGBTQ+ individuals, single mothers and other marginalized groups in diverse settings.
Jenna's goal is to use her strong foundation in providing compassionate and culturally competent care to empower the clients she works with to gain self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, build meaningful connections, and create lasting, positive change.
